Stratum is built by merchants, for merchants. We're a lean, focused team with deep experience in e-commerce operations and we build every feature by asking one question first: does this make a merchant's day meaningfully easier?
We don't build for enterprise. We build for the founder managing their own orders, the small team scaling their first marketplace channel, and the growing business that needs a platform ambitious enough to grow with them.

Stratum was founded in South Africa and launched first for SA merchants because that's the market we know best and where we've proven the model. We're now expanding to serve merchants across multiple regions, with each market getting a version of Stratum tailored to local payment methods, marketplaces, and logistics infrastructure.
